Do you accept cancellations/refunds?

Once items have been shipped, all sales are final. Please email me at thanhukis@gmail.com should you have any issues with your order. 

When do you ship out your orders? 

Orders are shipped out on Tuesdays and Fridays. 

How long does shipping take?

Domestic (United States) orders will take anywhere from 2-5 business days to be delivered once they've been dropped off at the post office, though this is an estimate and not a guarantee. 

International orders vary by destination, and can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a couple of months to arrive, though there have been situations where they have taken longer.

All orders are shipped via USPS. 

My order never arrived / It says my order was delivered, but I never received it.

Once orders are dropped off at the post office, I have no control over the delivery. Please contact your local post office about your concerns prior to contacting me about a missing package.
